Free Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Returns are free of cost. Once you complete the return process, we will provide a free return label.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received at our distribution center, please allow 1–2 weeks for standard processing.
Which products are not eligible for returns or exchanges?
Items marked as FINAL SALE and Swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Through our return portal, you may exchange your item for another item of equal or lower value.
If you would like to exchange your item for a higher-priced product, please complete a return first and then place a new order.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the items, sizes, colors, or styles included in the order.

Our quality guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care, laundering, or use.
