Who is OFFCORSS?
OFFCORSS is a Colombian kidswear brand founded in 1979. For more than four decades, we've been creating clothing and accessories designed to keep up with the way children play, grow, explore, and express themselves. Every collection combines quality, comfort, durability, and style for every stage of childhood.
Who are OFFCORSS products designed for?
OFFCORSS designs clothing, footwear, and accessories for children from newborn through age 14.
Our collections include:
- Baby (0–24 months): Soft, comfortable essentials for newborns and infants.
- Toddler (2–5 years): Durable, easy-to-wear styles for active little explorers.
- Kids (6–14 years): Comfortable, fashion-forward clothing for school, play, sports, and everyday adventures.
How does OFFCORSS ensure product quality?
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every OFFCORSS product is thoughtfully designed with children's comfort, durability, functionality, and safety in mind.
From material selection through final production, our products undergo rigorous internal and third-party testing to ensure they meet our high standards.
Where are OFFCORSS products made?
OFFCORSS is proudly designed in Colombia. Our products are manufactured by trusted production partners who meet our quality, safety, and ethical standards.
We carefully oversee every stage of development to ensure every product delivers the quality families expect from OFFCORSS.
How does OFFCORSS ensure responsible sourcing?

Does OFFCORSS clothing shrink?
Our garments are made with high-quality materials and carefully developed manufacturing processes designed to maintain their fit and appearance. Following the care instructions will help minimize shrinkage and extend the life of your garment.
How should I care for my OFFCORSS garments?
Always follow the care instructions found on the garment label. You can also find care recommendations in the Details &
Care section of each product page.
Are product colors exactly the same as shown online?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
ORDERS & ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest without creating an account
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the items, sizes, colors, or styles included in the order.
If you need to update your shipping information or request a cancellation, please contact Customer Success as soon as possible at customersuccess@offcorss.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we'll do our best to assist before your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Registered
customers can also track their orders in the Order History section of their account.
Can I view my order history?
Yes. Simply sign in to your account and visit the Orders section.
My Account
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the Sign In page and follow the instructions sent to your email
Why was an item removed from my order?
Although we work hard to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this happens, you'll be notified by email and you won't be charged for the unavailable item.
Why didn't I receive an email about my order?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. If you still haven't received an email, please contact Customer Success.

PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Your payment will be authorized and charged when your order is successfully placed.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Unfortunately, only one payment method may be used per order.
Why was my payment declined?
Your payment may have been declined because:
- YouR card has expired.
- Your billing information doesn't match your bank's records.
- Your available credit has been exceeded.
- Your bank declined the transaction.
If the issue continues, please contact your card issuer.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. OFFCORSS does not store your credit card information.
All payment transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption and tokenization technologies.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?

Can I ship to a PO Box?
At this time, we do not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
How can I track my shipment?
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. You may also view tracking information from your account if you're a registered customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Most items purchased directly from OFFCORSS may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Returns can be initiated through our Return Portal. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are processed through our Return Portal.
Items may be exchanged for products of equal or lower value. For higher-priced items, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our distribution center, refunds typically take:
- 1–2 weeks during standard processing.
- 2–3 weeks during peak season (October–January).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Which products are not eligible for returns or exchanges?
Items marked as FINAL SALE and Swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact Customer Success immediately at customersuccess@offcorss.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects
PROMOTIONS
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promotional code during checkout and click Apply before completing your purchase.
Can I combine multiple promo codes?
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
I forgot to apply my promo code. Can it be added later?
Unfortunately, promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Subscribe using the email sign-up form on our website.
To unsubscribe, simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any OFFCORSS marketing email.
